「The hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are pleasant. For a 4-star hotel, the facilities are very sparse. Only soap is available in a container. The staff throughout the hotel seems to be working as a form of punishment, especially at breakfast. The breakfast may be varied, but it's somewhat bland. The bread isn't the freshest. There are certainly better 4-star hotels in Warsaw.」
