Nice hotel but...

Room size was good. Location is only 10 mins to the airport. Breakfast was good. Staffs were very friendly and supportive. However, no slippers, no toothpaste&toothbrush, no shower booth door were dissatisfactions.

Perfect one night stay in Warsaw

I have enjoyed my stay a lot, room was nice, cosy and spacious, very comfortable bed, everything is new and very clean. Good breakfast included in the price. Small improvement could be to add more TV channels in English.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. Room was very spacious and have everything needed to look after 2 kids. I d recommend though checking bathrooms doors/locks as my older soon got locked inside, we couldn’t get him out for 20 min. Although I appreciate your responsiveness when the issue occurred

A great place to stay before or after flights, or if there is some sort of need to stay in that area. A huge mall is 50meters away. An uber ride ro the very certre of Warsaw was 12 zl. Very inexpensive. Breakfasts was well presented, deliciouse and had a good variety. Room are just renovated, clean. No complaints at all. We definitely would consider coming back.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness stood out. They made check-in smooth and welcoming, which set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the overall cleanliness. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer earlier breakfast hours on weekends. For those with early plans, this small change would add even more convenience to an already great experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future!

Night receptionist Maciej and day receptionist Maya both went beyond the call of duty when the airline lost my luggage and there was only a few hours to locate it before i had to leave Warsaw. All staff and particularly these two were very helpful. I don't think the bags would have appeared without their help with phoning (I don't speak Polish), and following up to make sure my bag was stored at the hotel while i was at a meeting. Gratitude, thank you!
