Beautiful boutique style hotel

Ideal location just a short stroll to pub street but far enough away for it to be peaceful. Hotel design is gorgeous, had a Balinese feel to it. I loved the tropical planting. Huge bedroom and bathroom. Bed was comfy. As it had a heavy duvet we got really hot during the night and the AC wasn’t cold enough so perhaps a thin cotton sheet instead of a duvet would be better. Lovely pool area, staff very accommodating. Breakfast plenty of choice off of a menu. One little bug bear was daily housekeeping and the inconsistency-one day we only received 1 towel, the next day we got 4, then the following day 2. One day no toilet roll replaced. More attention required here. I appreciated the hotel using wooden ear buds and placing filtered water in the bedroom in glass bottles. Would I recommend and stay here again? Absolutely.

I had a great time staying at the hotel. Hak the manager and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was a bit spotty but I will stay with them next time when I’m in town. :)

Great stay

This was a great place to stay in Siem reap! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering to help me with anything I needed. They would welcome me home every evening as well, which I thought was sweet to say. The room was large, and the bathroom had a great tub and separate shower. The balcony was nice to have as well. The food may not be as cheap as in town, but it was good and the service top notch. There was a little confusion with my airport pickup, but it was quickly resolved when I contacted the front desk. Overall, though, I have no complaints about this great hotel.

Amazing place to stay, 10/10!!!

Fantastic place to stay in a great location just 10-15 minutes walk to Pub Street and all of the main attractions in Siem Reap. Hotel staff were 10/10 right across the board and were extremely helpful with any requests, I couldn't recommend this hotel any more if I could!

Hochglanz Fotos und Realität stimmen nicht überein. Es ist hellhörig im ganzen Haus, hört also jede Toilettenspülung, jede Türe, wann auch immer Gäste kommen und gehen, man bekommt es sicher mit. Badezimmer und andere Schlafzimmer wurden Wand an Wand gebaut. Die Klimaanlage musste erst repariert werden. Die Lage ist inmitten eines Wohngebietes entsprechend laut ist es auch deswegen.

The room was very clean and spacious. Very slick and modern. Great balcony with swimming pool view. The staff was FANTASTIC, super friendly, helpful and clean informative. They had prepared breakfast to go at 4:00am for us when we went to checkout the sunrise in Angkor Wat!! They booked our tour and tuk tuk when needed. The included breakfast was always delicious! Great hotel!!

My girlfriend and I have been traveling for several weeks in SE Asia and this was a great experience for us, the best we have had! The staff was amazing! among Víla and Rose were all fantastic polite and accommodating. Moreover, there many choice of breakfast and mt favorite is Khmer Noodle Soup. We asked for a late checkout and storing our bags to tour the city before our flight and they were extremely helpful. The hotel location is not in the main road but quiet and easy walk into pubstreet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
