petite temple suite and spa

Var nog fint när det var nytt, men blivit ganska nergånget. Problem med AC när vi kom samt safetybox och vattenkokare saknades. Första dagen var det problem med frukosten och fick vänta länge. Dock var personal väldigt tillmötesgående och fixa problemet. Var väldigt mycket mygg, säkerligen pga fiskdammarna runt om på hotellet.

Nice but needs maintainance

Very nice hotel with a beautiful poolarea, but the place is worn out and needs fixing and cleaning (dirty tablecloth in the restaurant, dirty furniture in the room). The staff is nice but speak very poor English and was unable to help with the right tour to Angkor Wat or bus ticket.

Best hotel ever

We're on a around the world trip at the moment and found this hotel here on Hotels.com. Beat choice we've made so far. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night as we were heading to Phnom Penh the next day. We loved every minute of it. This place it's like a little jungle in the city. Amazingly stylish rooms and even more beautiful garden/swimming pool. The whole hotel is designed like the temples around the city. The staff was phenomenal. From the arrival to our last minute they were constantly made sure we get the best service. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The Team manager Charly Made sure we had everything we wanted. We even got a little present from him at the end. We hope we can come back here one day. I can only recommend this place! :)

酒店雖然較為細小及比較陳舊，但環境給人感覺處身於叢林的感覺，環境清靜及設施齊全。酒店距離酒吧街亦只是若10分鐘的步行時間，位置十分方便。特別之處是一般酒店所包含的早餐都是自助式早餐，但這裡的早餐有多款選擇而且是即叫即做的。員工服務態度十分有禮，特別是這裡的 Sales manager - Mr. Tak 在我入住時所有的小問題都馬上幫我即時解決，而且亦非常殷勤服務。若有機會也會首選這間酒店。

Beautiful People

Had a great trip to Siem.Reap felt totally Safe being a Single White female alone walking around day and night. The locals are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast isn't always every on the menu but it's close enough and they try really hard. I didn't get my transfer to the airport, that was probably my only real issue

Good Resort in Siem Reap ! This is one of my recommend hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia for my trip. I like the staff very helpful, good hotel very beautiful pool side and breakfast delicious dishes. Very comfortable hotel. Near to Pub-street and night market area can shopping and walking easily. We hope to come back again in next trip regards

We walked into pub street each evening for dinner and relax. Staff were tops. Like most cheaper places, there are probably a couple of things needed fixing but we stayed here for 9 nights because it suited us so well. We only planned to stay 4 nights and we are glad we changed our mind. We loved Siem Reap and petit temple

40개월 아들, 100일 딸과 함께한 가족여행. 두번째 캄보디아 여행으로 최대한 휴양과 여행자거리 근접으로 선택. 여행자거리는 도보 5분 내외로 매우 좋은 위치의 호텔. 근처에 맛집이 꽤 많고 편의점도 여러개라 위치는 최고의 선택. 수영장은 유아풀이 따로 있지는 않지만, 튜브로 즐기는 나이라 충분히 즐길만함. 시내 대부분의 호텔이 그렇지만 수영장 주변 뛰어다닐 만한 공간이 부족한건 아쉬움. 정글속에 있는 듯한 느낌으로 조용한 호텔 직원들의 친절함과 써비스 또한 최상급. 단, 호텔의 청결도는 옥의 티... 예민한 사람은 좀 힘들수도... 특히 개미가 많이 나와서 스프레이를 빌려 내내 개별 방역을 함...

Trocamos de quarto para um mais arejado. O spa é impossível de frequentar por causa de uma alergia que tenho a umidade. A equipe foi muito atenciosa com isso, entretanto. A comida do restaurante é perfeita. A localização é ótima, próximo de tudo a poucos minutos de caminhada.

Nice place with a special atmosphere!

We had 3 night stay at this nice hotel. The first night we spent at ground floor room by the pool. Sticky smell at the room forced us to chance the room to the first floor in next morning. The last two nights were OK! Well located place close enough to the center and far enough from the noisy nightlife! Friendly staff were always ready to serve us whether it was question about trips or wellness options or what ever! Tasty breakfast in a nice restaurant area. Easy taxi-ride to the center if you don´t want to walk ten minutes to get there. We warmly recommend this exotic place.

Good Location

The location is great, within walking distance of pub street and the old market shopping area. Service was fine, though there seemed to be a shortage of towels - they were always delivered in the early evening. The only major problem was the lack of hot water, which would have made a difference during the recent cold spell. There was also a problem with the reservation. We reserved two rooms with three beds and a pool view terrace. Evidently there is only one such room, and it was occupied. This had happened before, according to a review, so naturally we complained. Management eventually compensated us to our satisfaction. We understand that this occurred because their "reservations manager had just left" and that this problem will be dealt with immediately. Otherwise, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast with plenty of choices, as well as a very exotic atmosphere. While hotel rooms tend to be more expensive in Siem Reap than in places like Bangkok or Bagan, we found the rooms are large and that the hotel offers good value.

Nous avons été séduits par les photos lors de la réservation Mais décus par l'ensemble, meme si tout correspondait aux photos Le personnel peu avenant nous avions perdu nos pass 3 jours pour les temples, et demandions a l accueil s il fallait les racheter, ils les avaient trouvé dans l hotel mais n ont pas fait la demarche de nous en informer Chambre avec vis a vis ENORME et pas tres propre

Passtionated staff and lovely hotel :D

The staff are really passtionated and friendly, especially we like Peter! They are really helpful with everything and I love their simle very much. Lovely environment and reasonable price, by the design we can feel the astmostphere in Angkor. Nice location near by the old market, I can just take 10mins walk to the center for dinning and shopping. I also love to enjoy their pool side breakfast and massage. I stay 5 nights and I feel I leave a piece of me there. Actually I was recommended by my friends who had stayed there before. I also strongly recommend! :D

Excellent & friendly staff who are always willing to guide the guests. Hotel facilities good. At times the toilets get clogged and wooden pallets in bathroom give off. But the complaints are attended promptly and settled.

Quaint, neat, quiet and relaxing.

We are a family of 4 and had a great time at the hotel. It was well known by the tuk tuk drivers which was really good for us. We didn't need to show them a map to the hotel. The family room was very spacious and we loved the balcony. It was clean enough for us. My children are 10 and 11. I'm not sure it would be appropriate for very young children. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
