This property far exceeded our expectations! The cottage was very clean and the rooms were perfect for our family. A very close 5 minute walk to the beach was a real bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard pool area was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Siesta Key.

Wonderful stay!! Celebrating our country on the 4th and our granddaughter turning 13 on the 5th! Pool was a BIG hit and the beach was so close! The layout was perfect for our family of 10 to spread out yet have places to gather for meals, board games and more! Hope to return soon!!

Great house, perfect for two families with kids. Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Almost, everything was provided in the house, beach chairs, umbrella, towells, even beach carriage. Backyard and pool were very nice. Thank you for making our vacation smooth and enjoyable!

We loved our stay -the house layout was perfect - having the pool was a plus for tired little kids that didn't want to do the beach - but yet can still be outside playing. Cresent Beach pubic access a little small - but nice to be able to walk to beach - love it! Thanks

The property was beautiful and very convenient to the beach. The backyard was a perfect little oasis just as nice as the pictures. The responsiveness of the management to a few minor issues was extremely punctual and the personal touches/extra effort on their part was well noted. Would definitely rent this house or any other from this management company again.

Amazing property. 10/10 would stay here again (preferably not right when a global pandemic is hitting next time). Very short walk to the beach (which we responsibly only went to at 6 pm to avoid crowds), private pool etc. Easy walk to the little cluster of stores and the south bridge onto the Key. Lovely.

Our family truly loved it here! The rooms were great. We had a party of 10 and it was just the right size. The 12 and 13 year old just LOVED the pool! We loved having our own beautiful pool and back yard. And the walk to the beach was very , very short. It was such an easy walk. And we loved taking the shuttle to The Village. We hope to come back!

Such a gorgeous backyard! The pool was amazing and ample space to cookout, entertain, take a nap in the hammock or grab a bike / beach chair from the shed and head down to the beach! So sweet of you all to have the custom welcome cupcakes and we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday weekend. One small issue was the cable / internet is spotty. Highly recommend!

House was perfect for the 5 of us. House is well stocked with kitchen items, beach items, pool toys, bikes, beach towels, regular towels, and more. Very private. Quick walk to the beach. Quick bike ride to South Siesta Key Village. Couple items to note - no garbage disposal, kitchen is tight, air conditioner/furnace room is loud.

The home was so comfortable, with 4 bedrooms and beds ranging from Twin to King. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and updated. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped. The backyard tropical and charming. The location amazing so close to the beach. The only tiny things worth noting, one, no cutting board in the kitchen and two, not one single extra roll of toilette paper, just a started roll in each bathroom. Overall small things. Would love to come back sometime.

Unfortunately our first trip to siesta key was marred by the red tide. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well located to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also just a short drive to siesta key village. We were unable to use the beach even though they claimed to be open Thankfully the pool at the house and the wonderfully landscaped back yard made up for the beach problem and we had a great time. The cottage is spacious and well stocked. Management is helpful and responsive. We hope to return when the red tide is gone.

The house was super clean and well appointed. We ended up having 9 adult women celebrating 50th birthdays. We were very comfortable. The pool in the back yard made our vacation even better. The house was laid out very well and perfect for our five day stay. The beach was a few blocks walk. You could also call Johnnys Free Ride and they will drive you for free and only take tips. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown siesta key which was fun for live music and good food. Theee of the four bikes were functional and we took them down to turtle beach. The roads are bike friendly. Overall this house was perfect and if I come back to siesta key would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall, our week long stay over Thanksgiving was wonderful and full of memories. The greeting of cupcakes and Key Lime Pie with a personal note was a nice touch. The bedrooms and baths were fully equipped. And there were extra towels in the hallway closets if needed. There were plenty of beach towels for our crowd, pool noodles, balls, etc. to keep everyone busy and loving hanging out in the backyard pool that had an awesome garden surrounding it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Most bicycles were in good condition and all 4 were used daily. Maintenance arrived same day issue was called in (ants and a running toilet). They supplied a great number of books for those that love to read. Grill looked like it was in great condition although we didn't use it. Nearby beach is great for shelling and fishing. Short ride to larger beach down the road. All in all a very successful week!

Dishwasher did not work for 2 weeks. They thought by giving us a gift card would be fair. We were not looking for money but rather a dishwasher that worked. Lack of hangers, storage, Keurig had to be replaced. The toilet screamed when flushed and was only fixed after many complaints.The outdoor furniture was moldy. Eventually most items were taken care of AFTER we called to complain. We expected this home to be in primo condition upon walking through the door.We were very disappointed in the maintenance of this home.
