Located on the ground floor is the spacious living room with 50" flat panel TV,DVD,VCR, CD stereo and high speed internet access. Open slider doors and step out to tropical grounds and boat docks. First floor also features large kitchen, dining room and half bath. Walk upstairs to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed and TV. Master bathroom has tub/shower combination. Open sliders to view of the canal. Second bedroom has queen bed and TV. Third guest bedroom has two twin beds and TV. Guest bathroom has shower only. Washer/dryer on second level. Complimentary Wi-Fi in unit. 2 Heated Pools, 2 Lighted, Private Tennis Courts, BRAND NEW Fitness Center, Newly Remodeled Clubhouse with Computer, Printer and Wi-Fi, Beach Attendant with complimentary use and set-up of beach loungers and umbrellas 7 days a week! Very clean and nice size rooms. We will be back.

Really enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in 3 hours earlier. More due to the times. Place was very clean. Had everything we needed. Used the outdoor grill and that was great. Very clean as well. Well maintained. Only two minor issues. One of the Bi-fold door to the washer and dryer was off and in the closet space. The outdoor rocker leg band was rotted and fell off so we couldn’t use it. There was suppose to be 6 towels but they were k noIt there. We called and had them delivered and they came within 15 minutes. Our scanner to get in the parking and gates didn’t work but office repairs that in minutes as well. Nice people running the office. They took the time to explain most things well. Loved being on the first floor. There really is no outdoor balcony to sit in. That would have been preferred. The interior was a bit dated but supper clean. Easy 5 minute work to beach. Great having the chairs and umbrella there with an attendant. Pools were great and again very clean. Easy walk to the restaurants and place. Go to Spearfish restaurant. Great people.

It won’t disappoint

Very clean , towels were nice . Lots of kitchen tools .( need pizza cutter ) By mistake I got locked out of condo . Approached pool guy on a Sunday who working , he called someone unlock door . Pool was so clean . Grandson loved fishing off of dock. All furniture high quality. Living room very spacious. Loved it!!!
