Close to beach

We loved our stay, especially the proximity to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed being able to walk to view the sunset. The unit was spotless and comfortable. Wonderful!!

2023 Siesta Key Vacation

Perfect location and everything you need!

My wife and two kids stayed for our first Spring Break in Siestsa and this place is right in the middle of all the best the island has to offer. You can park your car and walk to everything on the south side of the island.

We had a great stay in the apartment. The neighbors and the location was excellent. The apartment was super clean, and we had a relaxing and cozy stay. Daniel was always able to be reached if we needed anything. Can't wait to come again soon!

Short getaway for lacrosse games nearby

Our son was playing lacrosse in Sarasota and Venice and we decided to make a relaxing stay near the beach. This location was perfect to enjoy all of the above!

Excellent stay near the beach.

The unit itself was very nicely furnished. A very comfortable and convenient stay. Great location, a short walk from the beach and a short walk from numerous excellent food choices. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again myself. Booking and check-in were simple and easy. We had no issues during our stay but with the email check ins though out our stay I got the feeling that Dan would have been very responsive to any issues that may have come up.

Great customer service, but rental had issues & outdated

Quick customer service & appreciated the beach wagon. The unit was old, no dishwasher, shower head was broke (repair guy came to fix) and toilet handle stuck and you needed to wiggle it to keep toilet from running. The furniture also had an odor, so we sat on blankets.

A week at the Beach

Very comfortable King bed. As well a Baby Crib and a high Chair. Very appriciate. Clean and quiet. 5 Minute Walk to the Beach, Beach Chair and umbrella. Easy Mail Communication with „Gertrud“. We will definitely Return.

Siesta key

We had a great stay at Casa Siesta. Apartment was roomy. AC worked well. A ceiling fan would be nice in the bedroom( just my preference) location was great. Close to everything. We had a car because we flew into Tampa. It was nice having the freedom to do what we wanted. Went to AnnaMaria island and st. Armand's circle. Had a great dinner at Connor's seafood and steak. So good, we went twice! Went to turtle beach, crescent and siesta. Got a lot of great shells at turtle beach and did a kayaking mangrove tour as well.

Not up to expectations

Several issues with the property from the onset. Old toilet ran continuously unless manually reset. Lanai screen was broken and did not wind up and down. No dishwasher. Very limited kitchen items. Paint splattered on lanai windows. Garbage cans left beside the streets for over a week. Extremely noisy since it's located next to Midnight Pass Road. Just an old poorly maintained facility.

No surprises here. Super close to 2 beach accesses.. Clean, clean, clean. Easy walking distance to all shops at Crescent Beach.Trolley was a nice bonus. King bed was so comfortable. Bring quarters for laundry.

Met our expectations

Check in was easy, it was a short walk to the beach. Daniel got back to me immediately when I had any questions. I could tell it would have been a beautiful beach if we hadn’t gone the week after Hurricane Debby. The only downfall was when our young children had to use the potty - it was quite the walk back for them to hold it. It’s shared laundry room so sometimes you’re waiting a while on other guests to swap their clothes. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Families traveling with littles, I’ve previously learned to bring my own plastic dish ware for them so there’s no accidental drops of the breakable plates and cups.

Birthday getaway

Our time at this property was wonderful! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend! The screened in patio was also nice to relax on after our day at the beach which was only a short walk from the property! Great air conditioning and hot water too. We definitely loved being close to all our favorite shops and restaurants. Overall a fantastic place to stay we will definitely come back!
