The Poor Boy was in a perfect location right next to the public beach access. It was a quick walk to the downtown area. The kitchen had all the amenities needed and then some. There was plenty of space and a nice outdoor sitting area! Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very prompt with responses. As close as you can get without being right on the beach. Walk way to the water right outside your door. As owner described ceiling to master is right under kitchen/ living room of upper. Can be noisy pending occupants above this Po boy unit. Just bring a set of ear plugs in case and you should be just fine. Wasn't that big of deal and calmed down after 10 pm. Close walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and shopping spots. Would definitely come back in the future.

This place was clean, close to the beach, and had many beach items available to use. The outside area was great to hang out and enjoy the weather. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back the next time we are in the area!

Such a cute bungalow just a few yards from the beach. Cozy, well equipped, location, location, location!!! While charmingly dated, only change would be an update of bathroom floor but overall, clean and comfy!

What a beautiful place to vacation. The property was everything and more than expected. So close to the beach and town. Would fully recommend this property to anyone, nothing to fancy buy just what we needed for four 18 year olds and a grandma. Went to several beaches and really enjoyed the dog beach in Vinice.

We loved Siesta Key Poor Boy! Very quiet and nice neighborhood so close to beach access. The owner Daniel and Gertrude Rentals was so easy to work with and plan on going back next week to try another of the units in Old Man and The Sea. Looking forward to many years of visiting this property!

there was only one bathroom which was hardly enough for a house that sleeps 8 people. The property manager was always friendly and helpful which I really appreciated. It's a nice and quiet area but still close to the beach.

The room was just as described. Very comfortable, you can feel at home here. My wife and I, along with my 82 y/o mother, and two of our grandsons, 9 & 12 had a great stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Beach access is across the street, then just a short walk to the beach. We brought along groceries to cook while there. There was a grill outside, hammocks, and nice outdoor setup. I hope to go back for another visit.
