Wonderful Stay!

Our girls trip was a success staying in this beautiful home. It's so close to shopping and the beach we didn't need to go far for anything! Love that the pool is heated and we were able to swim in the cooler weather.

Great family beach vacation

Fantastic Siesta Beach Vacation

Had a fantastic stay in siesta key! Walk to the beach, walk to really cute restaurants, restaurants, and bars! House was immaculately set up with space for everyone in our family! Loved the pool and roof deck! Great amenities including beach chairs and umbrellas!! Thank we will be back!!

Great spot in Siesta Key

We had a great time in Siesta Key and the home was perfect for our family of 10. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and to the hub of town. Very easy to walk to get some food and taking the kids to the beach. The house was great. Plenty of room for our group. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and the location is great. Very short walk to the beach and the village. The house is well maintained and equipped. Any issues you may have will be addressed quickly. Wonderful rental property.

Siesta vacation

Great location however small pool that is shared with another property with no privacy is a huge con of this proper, also need more attention to cleanliness of pool. If you dont need a pool location is great between beach and Siesta village.

Fantastic location very close to both the town and the beach. House and amenities were terrific. Elevator was a nice bonus with our luggage! Property manager was incredibly responsive to questions. I definitely recommend this property very highly.

Great House, perfect location!

This house has it all! Great space, views from the roof, and location, location, location! Walk 2 block to the beach or 2 blocks to the village. No need for a rental car. Take the Frog Hop everywhere! This is our second time staying at this rental. We will be back.

Wonderful Vacation!!

We had the best 4-day girls trip! Dan was amazing to work with leading up to our stay and staff were in touch once we arrived, making sure we were able to get in and settled. The house came completely as advertised. It was clean, spacious enough for a party of 13, and had everything we needed to spend a day at the beach or an afternoon around the pool. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house! We will be back!

Girls trip

50+ age, ladies celebrating upcoming wedding for bride to be. Plenty of room for 9 women. Its a duplex, neighbors were very nice. Parking spot if rent car. VRBO contact very responsive. Perfect location for walk to town and beach.

11 ladies for a Girls weekend. Everyone loved this place it was close to EVERYTHING! We all had beds to sleep in. Dan and is staff were so helpful. And nothing better than checking out and not have to worry about a thing. Thanks Dan

Lots of Space!

This home is beautiful with a great location! We went with 12 in our group ranging from 1 year old to 73, enough space for all for sure but everything is on a different level of the home so you use alot of stairs. There is an elevator but was not working the entire week we stayed so that was a problem with a toddler and grandparents. The beach is beautiful & a short walk! Located within walking distance to many different restaurants and shopping as well. The beds my family of 5 used were OK. The host was responsive & easy to get in touch with.

Nice spot, nice place

Great comms from the host and the house was lovely overall. We would stay again. There were a few things that we might have expected to be provided (e.g. shampoo) that were not but that was probably an oversight on our part in the listing. Cleanliness could be improved a tiny bit in the bathrooms and the quality of the soaps (given the impressive nature of the place) was a bit disappointing. But it's a beautiful spot, host communication was superb, the bikes etc. in the garages are great and everything worked very nicely.

Awesome Location

Had a bachelorette event consisting of 12 girls. The house was perfect for sleeping arrangements and everyone able to be in one location in the living room. Elevator was working upon check-in, called “Dan”, within 5 minutes he had the technician there to fix it. Such great customer service. Exceptional communication. The location was perfect! Walked to town (great little town). Walked to the beach. Everything you would need for beach trip was there. Everyone loved it!!! Would definitely go back and would book through Gertrude Rentals with Dan!

One of a kind!

What can’t I say about this place! This place was absolutely amazing. We had 14 ladies sleeping comfortably, with also plenty of space to shower and get ready. We were amazed at the number of areas and balconies to spend time and relax on! It is walking distance to so many places (coffee, restaurants, bars, beach, grocery store & shopping)! It was a quick 25 minute drive from Sarasota airport, after that no car would be needed. The area was very clean and safe to walk around as well! Dan was also amazing, very easy to communicate with. We didn’t have to worry about stripping the beds/linens, washing towels or cleaning up (not many places you can rent do that). It made our last day so much more enjoyable to relax and hangout at the pool and beach! We are already taking about coming back. Thanks again!

Gertrude’s Siesta was a perfect gathering place for our crew of adults on an R&R getaway! We loved both the common space and that fact that the bedrooms were located on separate floors affording some privacy. Great property!
