Bimini Breeze is a gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with stunning blue hues that sleeps up to eight people. The living room provides a calming atmosphere that will put all your guests at ease. Sit back and relax on the comfortable couches, watch a family favorite on the large tv, or enjoy an intriguing conversation with your guests while they gaze upon the beautiful backyard through the sliding glass door. The fully equipped kitchen has lovely coastal décor and stainless-steel appliances, ready to whip up delicious meals and beach refreshments for hungry guests. The generous island makes preparation a breeze and has seating for four guests to enjoy casual breakfasts and snacks. Relax outside at the seating of six guests at the outdoor dining table to enjoy fresh-cooked island treats or delicious local takeout.

The primary bedroom has plenty of space in the closet to keep your vacation attire fresh, a tv for late-night movies, and a comfortable setting allowing you to listen to the lush landscaping sway as you drift off to sleep. Take a rejuvenating shower in the primary ensuite bathroom before a day of adventures and relaxation. The second bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for Saturday morning cartoons. The second bathroom features a shower and tub combination. The sleeper sofa offers additional space for a restful night’s sleep.

Your guests will love the options this home, and its location provides. The private pool allows guests to swim or lounge on generous sun shelves lining two sides. Beach lovers can grab the property’s chairs and walk to the fine white sandy beach for a swim in the famous clear waters of the Gulf. Snorkel, paddle board, or kayak to see the sea life up close and explore the waters. Bike rentals or the free island trolley will help you explore the key. My two sisters and I stayed here on Siesta Key and absolutely loved it! The house was adorable—very clean, updated, and comfortable. Having our own private pool was such a great perk, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance to everything, including the beach! Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway.

Spring Vacation

This property is very much as it is advertised. The only two items that I would make a recommendation on are: cushions for the pool lounging chair and a bi-pass for the pool alarm on the outside. The alarm would trigger each time we went into the building. Neither of these items are show stoppers for us and we would definitely stay again!

Safety

The unit was clean and comfortable but lacked maintenance. The alarm for the entrance of pool area literally fell apart making it non operational also I opened above kitchen cupboard door and it almost fell on me but me luckily bottom hinge kept it from falling off completely. We went to cook breakfast and the left front electric burner had no adjustment it was stuck on high burning our sausage be for realizing there was a problem. Large holes at the end of the driveway with cars bottoming out also a tripping hazard.

Best Girls Weekend!

The house was just perfect for us. It was very clean and it had everything we could need. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the owner was fabulous. They are very responsive for any questions. We love the location. It was within walking distance of so many fun, places to shop and eat and listen to music, the house also had beach chairs and a cart that we could just walk right across the street and head to the beautiful white sand beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

Great spot in the village and loved having the pool.

We had a great weeklong stay. The house was well outfitted with the exception of no large knives or coffee filters and the couch was heavily stained. Beds and linens were comfy and toiletry and kitchen kits with soaps was super helpful. The area was quiet by 10pm each night. Although you can’t hear anything from inside. We liked sitting in the pool at night listening to the music from the bars and restaurants. My husband and 3 kids were very comfortable. We had enough space although we spent most our time out on the pool deck. We never turned the tv on the whole time there, the pool and access to the village was so convenient that we stayed busy having fun all hours of the day! The walk to the beach is super easy. Thank you so much for providing a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys. It was really nice to not have to buy that stuff just to leave it behind. We parked the car once we were there and just walked everywhere. so close to everything you really don’t need a golf cart. Management was responsive and helpful. The locals at siesta were all very nice and welcoming. Siesta became a favorite instantly and we will be back. Beach wasn’t too crowded, water was warm and clear and sand silky soft!

Nice place, prime location

Very close to the village with restaurants and shops so no car needed. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean although the floor could use a deep clean. Linens and towels much appreciated along with starter supplies which is all we really needed. Short walk to beach too but the pool was awesome. I would invest in cushions for the outdoor chairs as they're heavy and hard. Also, there was only one very small blanket (kid size) so blankets would be nice. Overall, I would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful cottage, GREAT location!

Loved this little cottage right uptown in Siesta Key! Very clean, easy check in, beautiful pool and surround area. Close walk to the beach! A bit smaller than appears in pictures, but beautiful decor. The only suggestion I would have is to update the included wagon and beach chairs, the handle of the wagon was rusted out and snapped off the first day and there were only two usable beach chairs, so we went and bought our own. Plenty of towels available though! We had a great stay!!

This home was spotless and very cute. Location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent here again! Only negative is the inability to regulate your own pool and home temperature. This was explained in the info video, once we arrived, but did not feel that was acceptable, for the price that we paid.

Overall great stay.

Bimini breeze property was very nice and clean. Would have been better if we were able to figure out smart AC thermostat and were able to adjust pool heater temp. Also the door alarm was very annoying.
