When we arrived the AC wasn’t working, it was 80 inside , about 88 outside, spent first 3 hours on the phone with management company, calling owner( never answered), calling AC tech and back and forth many more times with CSR rep to get the work order approved to get the AC fixed. It was shocking to hear that the owner didn’t consider this to be an emergency, and said only over 85 F is emergency, I had a toddler who couldn’t fall asleep in that heat, and eventually around 10:30 pm we got the AC tech out to fix it. They hadn’t changed scent filter since 9/2013, and the AC tech said the unit hadn’t been maintained for AC in over 1.5 years. The entire unit was dirty, floors were filthy and there was food on the walls, random toenails, and hair everywhere, dirty cups and dishes in The cabinets. CSR was really great and got us everything we needed, fixed ac and sent cleaning crew next day. However all of these should have been accounted for before our arrival. The unit is in a great location, close to beach, access street form pool, has everything you need for the beach in the garage. The bathrooms are renovated and nice, but everything else needs a deep scrub . I would stay in this neighborhood again, but not this particular unit.
