Great girls trip location

Great location and private pool

The location of this property is perfect-within walking distance of town, restaurants, icecream shop, and beach. Our boys loved the backyard pool and hot tub, and game tables in the basement. Will definitely be staying again!

Great vacation

Siesta key is the best! This condo made it even better. Beautiful and spacious! Very clean and beds are comfortable! Walking distance to the village and the beach. This place has it all! We will be back next year!

Great place in a great location

We came and stayed at the property last week. We had a great experience. The property management company was easy to work with and the house was as described on the listing. The location was super close to the village and the beach. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying there again. The only slight criticism was some of the mattresses were a bit tired and could use an upgrade but nothing that was too bad. The property had an issue with their cable but the management company was good about being there to deal with the Comcast worker. Overall, we loved our stay!

Relaxing

This was are first time Siesta Key, and it did not disappoint! The property was beautiful! We all walked in and said wow. We had 3 teenagers in the bunks upstairs, which they were thrilled about , and our youngest had her own bathroom. SCORE! Property was well taken care of. The pool was relaxing. The ping pong table was a bonus, also the outside tv! The property is only a few blocks from the beach. Supplies for the beach were provided…chairs and wagon. Ended up renting an umbrella. When I called the property manager, she gave me a few companies to reach out to. So relaxing!! We really needed a break, and we will definetlely be returning. You definetly don’t need a car. You are able to walk everywhere! Cute boutiques, stores.and fun places to eat.

Wife’s 50th Birthday Party

Great stay and location. Glad we had pool due to red tide was present that week. Only downside was one master bedroom has pool access door so not too private. Overall great place!

This house was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean and the pool was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Stephen was very friendly and responsive. It is about a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and grocery. Would absolutely stay again.

Vacation

This house is in a great location…very walkable to both the town and the beach. The size of the house worked great for our family…I think 2 families with kids it would be perfect fit. The dining and living room area is on the smaller side. The bedrooms are all a good size. The backyard pool and hot tub were great too.

The ONLY issue was parking! Twelve adults and 4 vehicles. Only 3 vehicles would fit in the parking area.

We had a great stay and enjoyed how close we were to walk to everything. The only ‘complaint’ we had was when we went to make breakfast one morning there wasn’t any salt or pepper. That’s a simple item you could add for those who like to cook.

Great house, excellent location

We absolutely loved staying in this house! Our adult children and their spouses joined us for a long over due family vacation. The house was so well equipped, from every kitchen utensil you could possibly need to an abundance of beach towels. The beach wagon and beach chairs were perfect for our multiple beach days. The ping pong table was a hit! The private pool and hot tub was awesome and we took advantage of them every day and every evening. Thank you for providing our family with a memorable vacation! I hope we left it in good condition!!!

Beautiful Modern Home

I love the house. It was pretty close to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds and the game room.The private pool and bbq were amazing. A golf cart is a must if traveling with small kids because the block to the beach is rough with all the beach stuff. The only negative is the house has a lot of humidity so if you have allergies I recommend allergy medicine.

Great place and location

Property was great, and location was outstanding. In village and short walk to beach. We showed up and the house was immaculate - best cleaning job ever. Hosts were communicative and available throughout. Only 2 things worth noting that got in the way of 5 stars: 1) Internet was substandard the whole time, despite the hosts sending a technician. If you are planning to do some work video-conferencing, you will have issues unless remedied. 2) Very minimal closet space, so you have to live out of luggage. Overall, on vacation would happily stay again.

All was good. Clean and comfortable. Kelly was right on task and very accommodating. Bathrooms right on the cusp of needing updating. Pool was not crystal clear and was kind of dirty on bottom. Otherwise, we were very pleased. Also, neighbor was smoking a cigar frequently in shared pool area. Gross

Great location, small living space

The location was great - within short walking distance to the village and a great martini bar:). The property managers answered all questions ahead of arrival and promptly addressed the very unclean master bath- it had vomit or chocolate spllattered everywhere in it upon our arrival. The living area in the house is WAY too small for the amount of people it says it can sleep. And there is no outdoor eating area- the picnic table by the pool had just one broken bench (we told the owners but no one came with anymore chairs) and the balcony upstairs is empty-it doesn’t even have a chair. There are a lot of stairs too so our 80 year old parents has a difficult time. The location is great tho and would work with two families with young kids.

Great town Home for the family

This place was great for our stay in April. My husband and I brought 6 teenagers for their spring break trip. The location of the home is ideal. It is 1 block from the village and 1 block from the public beach access. Great location. The village has restaurants, live music nightly, ice cream stores and typical beach shops. The kids kept busy. The home has a master bed room with en suite. The upstairs is divided into a bunk room and a king room with balcony overlooking the street. The second full bath is between these 2 rooms. Their is powder room on the mail level as well. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the lower level. Cooking equipment is sparce, but most families don't go on vacation to cook. The skillets were warped with woblly handles, a little challenging to fry eggs or pancakes in the morning. The management company is great. We did request a couple of items, and they were delivered quite timely.(i.e. kitchen dish cloths and pot holder) . we would consider this location a success on remember it for future stays.
