“The house was very spacious! We had a family of 6 there and everyone felt comfortable. Location was right where we needed. The house was equipped with all that we needed. Check in and out process was easy. The house was a great value minus the extra fees and 500 refundable deposit that had to be paid at time of booking. ”

“Loved the house. Great location to the beach and local business. Quiet. Loved the little extras like some cleaning supplies, washer and dryer, beach toys, full kitchen and bath, swimming pool. Only problem I really can mention is the extra $500 fees added by the rental property management. Greatly increased our cost. Wasn't happy about that.”

“Great location in Siesta Village! Dedicated parking area, very clean and lots of linens (plenty of bath towels, beach towels, etc.). The pool was sparkly clean the whole week! Morning sun, and afternoon shade made it a perfect spot to relax when we weren't at the beach. Property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond. Beach and kitchen necessities were all included, and they have a great washer and dryer. A great spot!”

“We had an overall amazing stay! Our only complaint was that the airflow in the master bathroom and bedroom was not great. However, the living room and other bedroom had great AC. Aside from that, you cannot beat the location of this place. We loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was stocked with plenty of towels and beach chairs. We would love to return to this location!”

“Very nice property! Beautiful beach! We had a problem with one of the showers and it was solved right away.The communication with the management was excellent , they reached to us several times though texts to make sure everything was ok.We highly recommend this property!”
