There is 1 rental per 30-day period per Sarasota, FL ordinance — please contact us for more information. Reservations must follow Sarasota County code regulations. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. A doorbell camera is present for security purposes only. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
