External Description
Villa Yvonne is located in the countryside of Signa, at the gates of Florence.
The property boasts a well-kept private garden with lawn and uncovered parking for 3 cars. There is also another uncovered internal parking area available for guests in front of the villa's entrance gate.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a fenced pool (12 x 7 m, depth from 1.20 to 2.50 m), open from May to September, and equipped with sun loungers, parasols, external shower, and lounge area with large gazebo and sofas, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine.
Inside the courtyard overlooking the beautiful garden, there is also a gazebo with a dining table for 10-12 people located just outside the kitchen, as well as another lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table for 6 people.
The owner who is always available in case of need, lives in a villa adjacent to Villa Yvonne, and only the main entrance to the park is shared with her, all the other spaces are divided to ensure the utmost privacy, and the garden and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests.
Internal Description
Villa Yvonne is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 14 people, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms have mosquito nets on the windows. Groups of people under the age of 30 are not allowed. All bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. On request 3 high chairs and 1 camping cot are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
Ground floor: The ground floor hosts a large and bright living area, elegantly furnished with: sofas, table, decorative fireplace (not usable), and tv. Following is a large equipped kitchen with: oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and wine cellar, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, stove, decorative fireplace (not usable), a dining table for 14 people. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the external courtyard.
Lastly there is a bathroom with shower and a laundry room (equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).
First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 5 bedrooms divided as follows: 2 quadruple with mezzanine (1 double bed + 2 single beds) and ensuite bathroom (with bathtub and shower); 2 doubles; 1 double with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub and shower). Moreover, two bedrooms have a tv while a double bedroom is provided with hot tub.
Also on this floor you will find a large gym with tv and some exercise equipment (exercise bike, treadmill, multi-gym, weights, etc.).

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; utilities (water and gas except electricity).
Excluded from the price: Pay-per-use electricity (to be paid in cash at check-out); final cleaning (600.00€); heating from October to May (if used - 500.00€ per week). Upon request, various extra services are available, including: extra full cleaning (500.00€); double bed linen change (30.00€); single bed linen change (20.00€); full towel change (30.00€ per person); pool towel (6.00€ each); extra pillow (10.00€). Tourist tax for Signa is 1.00€ per person per night, for a maximum of five nights, excluding children under 12 years of age, and will be paid upon arrival.
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
