"The 4 of us had plenty of room and enough accessories to thoroughly enjoy this fabulous property. We had a car so we were able to explore in and around the towns from Portopetro to Cap de Formentor and more. Both patios are great and hosted plenty of meals and late night card games. Loved our stay immensly!"

"Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower. The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped for a good breakfast and dinner. The bedding is comfortable, the air condition is a plus for the hot days, in 30 minutes the house is cold enough. I would recommend to anybody this place! Also, not far from the southern best beaches of Mallorca."

"Rental is facilitated through Homerti, which went smoothly with good and responsive communication. In the house, we got so much more than we expected - including 4 bedrooms (1 each) when the listing says 3. The bathrooms are new, great showers. "The villa was well equipped and furnished in a very quiet part of town. Plenty of outside space which was vey safe even for an under-2. The second bathroom is accessed through the kitchen and the rear yard which isn’t ideal. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea up and down some sloping streets."

"We had a delightful stay in the villa. It exceeded all our expectations and was exactly what we needed. The hosts and the check in process was great and the hosts managed to deal with my lack of Spanish very well. "It is on the eastern side of the island which is much more peaceful. The house is located about 5 min walk from the beach, and there is a small restaurant with fresh seafood and friendly people. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are comfortable."

"Rosa was an absolutely wonderful host - we appreciated her communication, thoughtfulness, and welcoming attitude. The area was beautiful - very peaceful! The apartment was spacious and clean - we loved the outdoor patio. It was very easy to find parking."

"Pros: Uiteraard het zwembad, tuin met BBQ maar als je zo als wij lekker buiten kunt verblijven dan is dit een prachtige vakantie locatie. "Very well maintained house with its own pool. The kitchen is well equipped, even with an oven. Communication with the landlord took place exclusively via Whatsapp. The beautiful Cala Murada beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot."

"Pros: The pool and the large dining veranda Cons: There was only one air con unit, in the living room, no where near the bedrooms. It was uncomfortably hot to sleep, eventhough there were fans. The mattresses/pillows could do with updating to a better standard."

"Room was very clean with fresh linen and towels provided daily. Room was far too hot, almost like a sauna and the fan provided did little to help. There was also a constant vibration/ drilling type noise every 2 mins constantly throughout the stay which did disturb sleep at times. However for a base it was ideal. The breakfast provided in the sister hotel was very basic and bland. It wasn’t worth getting out of bed for. Reception staff could also do with having more customer service training, as they would stand and have lengthly conversations and not acknowledge you standing waiting. They also weren’t very helpful or friendly and gave conflicting information when enquiring about a late check out. All in all I would return for a cheap base if there was nothing else available in the area. "
