「Disappointing experience with the pools during our stay. The hotel was listed on Expedia (the provider we used) with indoor pool access, but in reality it's only open in winter months - this should be made more clear.
More seriously, we found human feces in the outdoor kids' pool, likely from a baby swimming in a diaper. Pool management felt lacking: although official hours are 10am-6pm, guests kept swimming well past 6pm with no lifeguard present, and very few showered before entering, which...

「I booked this hotel in Jan.,unluckily they are closed in low season. But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ).
I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.」

「The pool in the promotional pics doesn’t belong to the apartment block but the beach was only 50 meters away
The apartment was good value for money
The night life on the street below was part of the ambiance of the area and quietened after 11pm
