「 Check in process was the worst of all the rental properties we have experienced over the last 15 years. Had to wait 60 min for the correct door lock code and there was no designated parking space. Pots and pans need to be replaced. Would also recommend having a dresser in the bedrooms. Otherwise, the condo was very nice and everything functioned as it should.」

「Great location for sooo many ski mountains. Easy to get dinner or grocery store. 2 bedrooms were great but no tvs in rooms. Master bathroom is tiny and outdated w sink in room but worked fine. Door was small shower (outside of shower was a little dirty) and toilet. Kitchen had all amenities which is really nice. Arcade, pool and hot tub is 2 buildings over. Bring towels or robe.」

「We were very happy with our stay at the Blue River Escape. It is centrally located near many different types of activities. We took advantage of walking and hiking trails near the resort. The river behind the unit was peaceful.The unit was clean and provided the essentials that we needed for the week. We appreciated our assigned parking spot. In addition, we could drive to Breck or Keystone ski resorts within 20 min. or so. The host responded to questions and texts in a pleasant manner. Thank...

「Perfect rental! Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Excellent wifi and TV choices. But the view is the best part, overlooking the mountains and Lake Dillon. There was construction happening during our stay so it wasn’t as peaceful out there as it will be when they are finished. There are 4 floors of stairs from the carport required as there is no elevator. Great place.」

「The hosts were very communicative, and the location was very convenient! The area cozy, and the view of the mountains from the condo itself is breathtaking when the skies are clear. Everything was clean, organized, and spacious. The construction made navigating the parking lot a little complicated but this was told to us ahead of time. I wish that the covered parking had a little more space but there were extra parking spaces around we could use as well. It was only about a 5 or 10 minute drive...

「The unit was great! On the main level, directly across from the pool! It was well maintained and immaculate! We will definitely return!」

「The condo was very well stocked, conveniently located, and had nice amenities. We stayed for a week in winter while snowboarding at Winter Park resort. It was a short drive to the resort (free public transit also available). The condo was spacious, comfy, and had everything needed in the kitchen. It is close to the clubhouse which had laundry (credit card/app), a nice gym, and pool/hot tub. Definitely pay attention to the directions provided by the host as GPS usually takes you to the wrong...

「Place was very clean upon arrival and just as described. It did take us a bit to find the room as we arrived when it was dark - the condo number is hidden from the road and the hallway is dark. Also, the place is cold and takes about an hour to warm up. Would have been much more comfortable if it were warm for us, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again! 」
