「This is a beautiful upscale Homewood. The staff was friendly and efficient and the room was gorgeous and comfortable. The Carnitas on the Breakfast Buffet was a delicious surprise.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Good property, and the suite was beautifully furnished. No complaints on the stay. The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced.」

「The lobby looked newly remodeled, and it was nicely done, however….. where you’re actually going to spend your time ( THE ROOMS!), were dark, dingy and we’re in the halls that were also dark and dingy and difficult to navigate. I would not stay here again as there are cleaner and more updated places for the same price.」

「False advertising with main photo being the attached restaurant (not lobby), which the staff informed me ‘went bankrupt some time ago’. That photo was the selling point for me. Aging hotel with ‘DIY upgrades’. Under-staffed = 1.5 hr early check-in rejected due to “only 2 maids”. 1st impression from parking lot - several windows on upper floors were wide open with ripped curtains flapping in the wind… not a solid first impression. 1 Bed had macaroni left-overs clinging to side of the bed. 1 of...
