Very good value for the location. I managed to snag this studio for what I would have paid for a hotel room in Summit. No frills, quiet, and clean. Decor is older and basic, but the bed is comfy and the duvet was warm!

This was not a good experience.

When we arrived we noticed that the bedding was filthy, with stains of an unknown substance. We asked that it be corrected, but it was not. We did not stay there. We found other accommodations. This has not been a good experience with VRBO.
