Relaxing weekend Stay!

This was the perfect place to relax and read in the sun! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape. The pod was perfect and had everything you would need.

Lovely place

The house is really sweet, comfy and quiet, and though it’s a tiny house we never felt it lacked in space or anything else. The terrace and pool are wonderful and Catia is just such a great host. We only stayed for two nights but wished we would’ve booked longer!

Great stay

I had a very comfortable stay. It is only a very short drive to Silves and the surroundings are beautiful. It was also a great location for touring around the Algarve. The hobbit house itself had all the basic needs, was modern and clean. I didn't make much use of the outside area because in my opinion the furniture there could use an upgrade. But overall, I enjoyed my time very much. Catia is a great, kind and very accomodating host.

Fantastic stay!

Fantastic experience! The Hobbit House is compact but extremely comfortable and functional! The hosts were very kind and hospitable, offering us a welcome basket with fresh eggs, bread and orange juice. They also shared lots of excellent suggestions for places to visit and even shared homemade sausages and regional wine with us! The surrounding farm is very quaint and we enjoyed feeding the horse and goats! An added bonus was being able to hold newly hatched chicks! The farm is minutes outside of the town centre of Silves so you get a “hidden away” experience with quick access to all the amenities of the town nearby! Truly a wonderful spot and we would definitely come again!

We had an excellent few nights stay here. Very welcoming and easy to contact the host. Great area to stay, very quiet and the hobbit house was spotless and very well organised. We had our 6 year old who loved the splash pool and feeding the goats. We would stay here again if going to this area in Portugal. Excellent place.

hobbit home in the countryside

It was an incredible stay. The hosts were all so accommodating and inviting. They even gave us great recommendations close by for food. I’m grateful we were able to hang out with their goats and livestock. Definitely a highlight amongst the cozy house. HIGHLY recommend!

Great stay here! Host was really helpful with instructions. Easy check-in. Air con worked great, pool was lovely. The kitchen had all the appliances/utensils you would need. Only suggestion would be to have salt, pepper and olive oil perhaps for guests to use

Beautiful stay on a peaceful farm

Everything was like the photos and you got your little space with enough privacy. But the host is very nice and you can pet and feed the goats and the horse if you like.

Small but nice

Small but nice. Fine for a maximum of two nights. The mattress was worn out, so we switched to the sofa bed. Apart from that, it’s nicely done and the rural surroundings are beautiful.

6 days of vacation

Lovely small holiday home with a wonderful private terrace. Almost everything was provided; we only missed a kettle and a pair of scissors. It is slightly closer to a main road than we would have preferred, but the noise was not too disturbing.All in all, highly recommended!

Exceptional place to find peace and serenity! Gabriela was the most welcoming host. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable. The farm surrounding the hobbit house has beautiful gardens and fruit trees, animals and a country setting.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt, an den wir uns unser ganzes Leben mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht zurück erinnern werden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Die Tiere haben uns jeden Tag erfreut. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und an wunderschönen Stränden. Für uns ein gelungender Urlaub.
