Very nice resort, amazing seaside and beautiful garden. We did enjoy our stay and the staff was very enjoyable. The quality of food could be improved, especially the desserts. Pizza was always very good.

Belles infrastructures, hotel agréable.

Grand contraste entre la qualité générale de l'hôtel (très bonne) et le service très moyen : aucune d'explication à l'accueil, attente pour la moindre demande (check in, check out, wifi etc...). Le all inclusive s'est révélé être une pension complète puisqu'il a fallu payer pour le wifi (souvent en carafe), l'accès aux transats et parasols sur la plage (pris d'assaut), le lavage des serviettes de bain etc... Ce n'est pas du 4 étoiles : pas de service bagages ni chambres de courtoisie au départ par exemple. Les formules varient selon les tours opérator et à l'arrivée c'est un vrai bazar lors du check in. Les clients s'interrogent entre eux et constatent des disparités sur les différentes versions du tout inclus... C'est un vrai point noir. Autre exemple: les info données sur la navette depuis l'aéroport étaient fausses... résultat, un taxi à 90 € payé à l'aller alors que la navette était prévue. Bref, un global correct mais des points sont plus du niveau 2 étoiles que 4. C'est dommage. Enfin lorsque l'hôtel est plein, le service suit encore moins : attente et foire d'empoigne au buffet qui n'est pas conçu pour gérer 700 personnes à l'évidence.
