Vacasa worst property management company

The worst experience ever. I booked this property for 5 nights. And when we arrived at the property it was so dirty nothing was cleaned from the previous renter. Towels all over the floors in the bathroom. The beds were not made. Trash in the kitchen was so full and smelly. Nothing was cleaned in this unit and when we called the property manager, all they could say we could not find a Cleaning company to come in and clean the unit . After being traveling all day, my family and I we had to leave and go and find a new accommodation at 8pm. I spoke to several people from Vacasa property management and none of them even suggested to offer us another unit or help us finding new accommodation. All they could say was we will refund you for one day of Cleaning. they never take responsibility or accountability to do the right thing I would never rent from this Company ever again.
