「My check in was terrible. We were not greeted. The front desk staff member had absolutely no customer service and his tag said that he was a manager. He was very short and simply told us to "tap, swipe, or insert here" with out explaining what he was charging us for (incidentals). It was very disappointing for our initial encounter at the hotel to be so unpleasant by a manager. He gave us no sort of orientation on the property at all or told us where anything was. 「This place is even better than the pictures—absolutely perfect for my needs. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and the bathroom is a dream with both a bathtub and a shower. I loved the view, and the rest of the hotel is very nice as well.We ate at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed it very much. The coffee and sweets from the little store were great, and the outdoor restaurants by the pool were also excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely stay here...
