“Our check in experience was horrible. The lady who was supposed to meet us, had to meet someone else when we got delayed. Security gave us the key. We couldn’t find the unit. It was hot. . And the elevator was broke ( which no one mentioned). . We had to carry up our 50lb bags and groceries 2 flights of stairs. The numbers on the unit are stuck on the door with a labeled sticker ( very, very small) if you don’t know to look for it you will think there is no numbers on the units. Which is what I……
