The holiday home has a spacious living room with a spacious seating area and a luxurious open kitchen with all modern conveniences. The living room has hardwood shutter doors and when you open these you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the golf courses and the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. The shutter doors also provide a wonderful natural ventilation of the home.

There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning and both with their own bathroom and toilet.
The villa has a storage room with a fully automatic washing machine and a dryer.
The rental price includes: cable TV, internet WiFi and free access to the private beach and the communal swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers.
