“The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. ”

“Check in was easy and staff were friendly and quite helpful with any questions that we had. The room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast was very good. Parking on site was close and secure. We very much enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Wonderful family run hotel in a great location right in the heart of Sintra. Peaceful and relaxing, the owners go above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. There is no parking onsite but it is available about 200 metres away or a 2 minute walk. The hotel property is not for people with mobility issues as there are 30 steps to go up to the hotel entrance. We loved this hotel and staff and would highly recommend.”

“Getting to hotel was a challenge. Had to tell the police directing traffic that we were staying in the area otherwise they would diect you away. Room was big but show needed to be repaired, front desk knew and part ordered, would have been nice to know ahead of time. Water went all over the floor making it slippery. Staff were amazing and helpful. Parking is away from hotel and DOWN a steep hill. ”

“The property was in excellent condition, the room was comfortable and well furnished, and the breakfast was good. The location is close to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. We are hikers, so it was a great spot for starting off on hikes to the castle, Peña Palace, etc. Staff was very helpful in the morning when they were present.”

“This is a very nice boutique type property in a great location in Sintra. Close to the train station. Easy walk up to the old town. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are a decent size. Ours had a small kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge. Comfortable bed with wonderful bedding. There is a complimentary breakfast included. It is nicely set up and served. However, we found that some of the items (eggs/sausages/bacon) were warm at best and that was unfortunate. Hopefully they can……
