Holiday home with garden and terrace near the center
The holiday home was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.
Location
Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. 2 parking spaces are behind the house on the property. Several parking spaces on the street for free.
Special
central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Dogs
allowed. Free of charge.
Distances
Shopping 500 m, restaurant 300 m, town center 800 m. Children's playground 30 m. The beach can be reached on foot via the railway overpass. In summer: Balaton 700 m in Siofok (beach 700 m in Siofok featuring meadow). fishing in Siofok 700 m.

Dining room (12 sqm) with TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on folding bed. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 2 single beds and TV. American kitchen (23 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.
