Welcome to this family-friendly home, located in a secure neighborhood that's still conveniently close to downtown with a variety of dining and activities. Enjoy a comfortable stay with amenities like blackout curtains, door code access, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The entire home is yours to enjoy, including a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a deck, and laundry facilities. The upper level features the kitchen, living area, a bathroom, and the master bedroom, while the lower level includes the family room and two additional bedrooms. And yes, there’s a Keurig coffee maker too!

The beds were hard, furniture was cheap, downstairs shower barely useable (drain leaks, shower tension rod not functional, recent water pipe repair visible), ants found under carpet in dining area, carpet stained and smelly, coffee k-cups not working/maker acts as though it hasn't been cleaned well, warm water barely fills tub before its cold, most games unplayable d/t missing pieces. The worst part is the picture of the backyard online doesnt show large section of fence missing. Makes it hard with kids/pets. There are 1/2 dead trees in yard. Back deck paint chipping. Front door keyless entry not working which requires use of keys which they knew about beforehand. Never got the code to that so had to call late at night. Dust found in almost every room around lights/fans. No couch or TV upstairs. Front step uneven caused my girls to trip frequently. There was a large crack across ceiling in great room. Im sure the structure integrity needs work especially in a bad storm. We will never be back to this place. Even though it was cheap I've stayed in cheaper for better quality

House was not clean when we arrived

We got checked in and I noticed leaves and debris on the landing and steps inside as soon as we walked in. All of the beds were dirty and unmade and the furnace was not working. It was late, and i found clean sheets in the closets so i switched out beds, informed the owner of the issues and we found some space heaters. I wasn't impressed with the comfort or quality of any of the furniture and the carpet was honestly pretty gross and stained. We were refunded only our cleaning fee, and the owner did send an HVAC tech to look at the furnace. I guess you get what you pay for.... but we were less than impressed.
