“The Happy Place is a perfect little house. I would have actually liked to know more about the property's history. We were very comfortable there-I loved the old Philco refrigerator that is still running perfectly. Interesting artifacts to explore. The shelving gave me ideas for my own little cottage in PA. “This was a really good set up. Loved that we had separate beds. Bathroom situation comfortable for 4-6 people. Nice kitchen setup. Nice kids area down stairs. Note that it is on a major busy street and nice that there is a turn around area to be able to head front out in traffic. Close to grocery and restaurants. Love Sioux Falls, great destination! Clean!”
