Description: five-room apartment on two levels, renovated!
Ground floor: large living room with kitchenette (dishwasher), dining table and sofas – master bedroom with double bed – bedroom with bunk bed – bathroom with shower cubicle – hallway with washing machine – lovely private porch equipped with table, chairs and awning sun - large garden for use by the condominium (4 apartments).
Lower floor: second living room with kitchenette, table and sofas - double bedroom with additional single bed - bedroom with single bed - second bathroom with shower cubicle.
Private and reserved parking space. Excellent solution!
Pets are not allowed.
The price includes:

- consumption of water, electricity and gas
- 24 hour on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
