Location: very central area of Sirolo, 100 meters from the historic center and from the path that leads to the beach, within walking distance.

Large open space consisting of living area with kitchen with oven, dishwasher and dining table - sleeping area with double bed and single sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning! very tastefully furnished.

Pets are not allowed.

A permit is available for parking in the blue lines of the municipality of Sirolo.



The price includes:

- rental

- consumption of water, electricity and gas

- 24 hour on-site assistance
