「Our 3rd stay, each time 3-4 days Always friendly & helpful staff! We were able to borrow kitchen essentials easily. Yes they are renovating to make it a really nice extended stay type hotel. Each time here it's been a quiet stay and they keep construction area neat as possible. Based upon how nice the bathroom has already been updated, I believe that they will update the kitchen and rest of room really nice as well.」

「My husband and I stay at this location frequently so I wasn’t expecting the customer service I received at check in. The clerks are normally very professional and pleasant. We were shocked and very disappointed with the young lady. She was talk and laughing with the other clerk while processing our stay. She didn’t even tell me the room number or that I had courtesy breakfast. There are certain things customers look for at checkin and details are #1. 」
