"The tv didnt work most of the time we were there. The floor was dirty. (We spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel was a dark brown from all the dirt on the floor). The elevators seemed like they needed some work, very loud and shakey. The staff was nice enough. We didnt have much interaction with them. "

"beds were comfortable.... excellent water pressure and lots of hot water and it arrived quickly.....breakfast area was nice but choices were very basic..... had a very nice floor lamp in a corner of the room, would have been great to sit and read a book, except there was no chair?? Also, while it still was in place, and worked o.k., the toilet seat was completely snapped apart on one side at the back.... overall, was a decent stay, put a chair back in the room and it would be even better. "

"My stay was completely unacceptable due to the lack of cleanliness and basic functionality. When I pulled back the covers, it was obvious the linens had not been changed. There were makeup smudges on the pillowcases, dirt on the sheets, and a significant amount of hair that appeared to be both human and possibly pet hair. I took the sheets to the front desk and was asked to wait in the lobby while they “located” clean ones. The employee only went into a small side room, which I assume was the laundry area, yet it took quite a while. The second set of sheets also had stains and visible dirt and did not smell freshly laundered. I went back down and was given a third set after another delay. Those were not clean either. By that point it was very late, and after three failed attempts to get clean bedding, I slept sitting upright in a chair using my own blanket. The bathroom and hallways were filthy as well. The refrigerator and microwave did not work, and the room phone was broken, so I could not call the front desk when these issues were happening. The adjustable shower head barely functioned, producing only a few weak streams of water, making it nearly impossible to rinse my hair. Clean sheets, working appliances, and basic sanitation should be the minimum standard. I would not stay here again."

"Charming and spacious home with upgrades galore! We felt well cared for in our stay. Joaquin was a wonderful host and was very responsive to my questions. "

"Friendly, helpful staff But. Paying for parking each night is extreme!!! I’m handicapped and had to park pretty far away and pay over $27 a night!!!!"

"3.5 stars. I stayed in unit B. Host is great, extremely responsive. Room very clean. Bed is comfortable. Couple of items that caused me to lower the rating: There is no sitting area, its a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There is a very small bar table in the kitchen area, but the there is no lighting with torn up bar stools. If you need to work on a computer, it's challenging. The chair in the bedroom is stained and not comfortable. There is no bedroom door and the street light shines through the kitchen window into the bedroom. Very difficult to sleep. The bath towels are nice, but washcloths are tattered and stained. I bought a washcloth and kitchen towel at Walmart. Lastly I could hear the people upstairs, walking, talking, and moving furniture. Location is close to Marietta Square. Very cute area with a couple of good restaurants. "
