"This is one of three motels that are side by side all owned by the same party. Location is great. Quiet at night and is across from Skaha Lake park. My room was updated probably 3 to 5 years ago. I can't make the same determination of all the other rooms. But from the online pictures of the other rooms, I think the updating is selective. The exterior of all three buildings need cosmetic updates like painting etc and nicer landscaping etc."

"They had some great amenities - swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and lots of seating. My only complaint was the staff smoking right outside the entrance to the hotel. I am allergic to cigarette smoke so that put me off."

"Staff were amazing! While hotel is relatively new, room is very minimalistic, finishings are not great especially in the bathroom. In room amenities were poor in regard to quality of coffee, no proper glasses or coffee mugs. Towels were also of a poor quality. Room was clean however and Palmer for dinner was fantastic!"

"The staff was very helpful and switched us to a better room as the room at the Sunny Beach Motel was not very good. No heat,. So she put us in a room at the Beach Side motel, which was on the same property, and was a 2 bedroom with heat, at no extra charge which was very nice! It was clean and comfortable."

"The pool was warm, clean and open until 10pm. We stayed 1 night so it was pretty good for just 1 night. I couldn’t have stayed longer because the room wasn’t that clean. For the price we paid it was a huge room with a separate bedroom and full kitchen which is awesome. The staff are friendly and nice. Beds were clean just everything else including the toilet were dirty and not up to good standards being a hotel in penticton which is a huge vacation destination."

"Had a good stay in the place. They have a very nice location, close to different stores where you can easily buy your needs. The room is clean and you can also do barbeque outside and swim in the pool if you want."

"We enjoyed our stay no problem, mo issues just peaceful and a great location to walk to store, grocery and restaurant and Walmart and Mark's warehouse plus cherry lane mall. Room was spacious and clean and parking at the door easy unloading and loading. We will surely book again Just was not sure where to drop off keys as we left 8.30am"
