「really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. 」

「The reception staff was helpful and made efforts to arrange for early check-in. The apartment is nice and modern. It is well-equipped. The location is close to the main train station and close to tram stops. Perhaps the management can re-look at the opening/closing of the shower glass door. It opens outwards and pushes the bath mat away; thus shower waters dripping wet on the floor. Perhaps the property can look at fitting a heating track in the bathroom. Overall, it's a nice place.」
