“Our stay here was a delight! The room was clean and bright and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive, while also being friendly and approachable from the desk to the restaurant and everywhere in between. The turndown service was a nice treat of a surprise as well. We would love to come and stay again.”

“We had a room with a king size bed. The had a large dip in the middle of the matress. My husband's side of the bed was leaning to the one side. We told the staff and they were great and moved us to another room with a king size bed. We had the same issue. We gave up and just put up with it. House keeping only cones in every other day to empty garbage and refresh towel. I looked under before we left and was discussed, there all kinds of garbage under the bed and the dust and dirty was very thick.……

“This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. ”

“The heater is so noisy and we could hardly sleep. Better avoid stay in the hotel if you want to have a fair sleep.”

“Room was small with little amenities and Tv had no program. Only Netflix was available. Continental breakfast was ok. There were choices but no condiments for toast like jams. Nobody was around during breakfast hours.”
