「We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada in Jackson's Point. The room was clean, the view was spectacular overlooking Lake Simcoe and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was also included for both days and it was very good (the eggs actually tasted like eggs!). So all in all, good job and we will return to this property on our next visit.」

「Stayed in Comfort Unit #5. Matched online pictures. The building looks newly & nicely renovated, as was our unit. 「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「This is our second time to stay in this hotel for vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Orillia. You can feel like a home once you step in this hotel. 「Staff were very professional, provided a bottle of water, piece of plywood for my motorcycle kickstand and some windex and microfibre towel to clean the bugs off my motorcycle - all without me even asking. Very polite and responsive. This property is very well maintained and attention to detail is evident. It was quiet. Lots of parking. Very spacious room that was very clean and well presented. Would recommend this property.」
