Room was reasonable, hardly get fridge door open missing one support , no fan in bathroom unable see though the stream after shower, front desk states there complementary water in room, i am thinking cold water after long trip didn’t realize it is for elite members only???
Breakfast made experience much better, overall very average hotel.

Very well situated for events at U of T and the suite was very spacious. Kitchen was new and ok equipped but the bathroom was very dated. Large king sized bed had a very hard mattress. Window coverings also need changing. The staff was very nice and helpful but, for the price, this place needs to be spruced up!
