「My wife and I stayed at the Westwind Inn this past weekend and were disappointed by both the value and customer service. When we arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty. We learned only 3 of the Inn's 32 rooms were occupied Friday night. Due to issues with the Inn's website, I had to book through Expedia and was assigned a woods-facing room. Given how empty the property was, I asked about moving to a lake-view room. Although many were available, I was charged an additional $75 per night plus...

「They were easy to deal with. Good Breakfast and room.」

「Staff moved us from upper level to lower level, which was much better for myself being with medical issues, very much. Appreciated parking was in front of the room. Thank you」

「Beautiful place cosy and clean great location would defo come back」

「Excellent all around」

「Location was great. It’s possible however, that someone before smoked in room, or in adjoining boardroom. Much noticeable clearer air in hall and rest of building. Odor could also have been coming from the broadloom as room was dated. Breakfast room and food were great.」

「Difficult to find a parking space close to the entrance. The hotelier should designate some spaces for those checking it. The fact that the hotel does not have an elevator (even to the 2nd floor) means we will not return.」

「Quite clean, easy accessible, value for money and friendly hotel」

「Margaret the host is lovely and the space was exactly what we needed. The suite is clean, comfortable and private. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the private balcony. We would definitely book again!」

「Good for the price!」
