“Small but cosy. Excellent location in beautiful area with direct access to hiking routes. Friendly folks, convenient parking, dogs can freely play and swim right next door. No airco or stove/hub. Loads of peace and quite, but occassionally noisy motorcycles on the road in front. Great stay for hiking couples!”

“We stayed for a event stay. West Yorkshire was the main reason we picked the hotel. Really liked the bar. Didn't expect to enjoy the central access as much as we did. Exactly what we needed.”

“It was a cute little bolt hole. We are however tall & it’s very low ceilings and doors so had to duck everywhere. Reasonably well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Some cobwebs between beams & in windows which we used a duster to move those above the bed. The bushes by the main entrance could also do with a trim as encroach on the door way when passing through. Some teas, coffees, biscuits and fresh milk was a nice touch as well as the a little freezer with the fridge. Easy to park in little car……

“Great location. Excellent for walking into the city. Felt safe there and no issues whatsoever with noise. Communication excellent with owner Martin. The flat is a little worn and I would remove the word amazing from the description. Carpet in hallway needs replacing. Microwave inner was undesirable. Floor tiles in bathroom are loose. The apartment is roomy. Bed is comfortable but very low to rise from. The lift was welcome so no lengthy walk upstairs. Bath was very clean. We visited Leeds during……

“Good Points: Central location, close to Piece Hall and train station, bars and restaurants. Quite a roomy apartment, well equipped kitchen with hob. Reasonably quiet. Problems beyond control of owner shared stairway/communal area was poorly kept but worse was the disgusting stench when entering the property in those shared areas. Commercial bins overflowing at entrance of property was only alerted about the communal area needing TLC and the number of stairs by owner two days before arrival and……
