「We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect from start to finish. But this time we were somewhat disappointed. The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. That meant that the food court by the pool closed, the dining options became less and you could easily tell in the quality of the food that the options were less and less by the buffet. 「I’d say this is a very quiet hotel. On the first night the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room which made it very difficult to sleep. They fixed the issue immediately. I did notice that the cleaners didn’t change the bed sheets and they didn’t give me clean towels on my first night. I didn’t spend that much time in the area but it seemed safe. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The pool doesn’t open until around 9.30 and closes at 6pm and the bar was only open 9-11pm」
