“Amazing cottage and hosts! Great location for day trips. Coming back to the quiet of the cottage after a day of sightseeing was lovely. Plenty of room for 3 of us and amenities for the week. Unexpected extras were scones, bread, chocolate and wine waiting for us upon arrival. As well as some fridge items to start us off. Very kind and appreciated after a long flight. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more!”

“There were 6 adults from Canada and stayed at Eoghans beautiful home in May 2024. The check in and contact with the owner was first class. The location of this property suited our needs and we had a wonderful stay. There were 2 beautiful dogs who welcomed us to our vacation home and were around the property perimeter but were extremely friendly, definitely a huge plus as we are all dog lovers. We would highly recommend this property and host and will definitely return in the……

“Nice 2 bedroom stay with a view.. sheep and lambs out the back door. Great distance from Dublin, not too far but enough for a quiet night of sleep during St Patricks weekend. Kitchen had all we needed and the welcome goods were nice. Host was understanding with time change/dates misstep on my part.”

“The property was clean, well-appointed, wonderfully bright, and spacious. Although it was not close to the downtown area of Dublin, the bus service was a 2 min walk and ran regularly which made for convenient transport to the major points of interest. It was also a very short walk to Tesco. Fiona was always quick to respond and was very accommodating.”

“Absolutely loved my stay in this gorgeous clean house. The house is very modern and has all amenities you could need including two showers with great water pressure. The back garden gets lovely warm sun in the mornings which makes sitting in the kitchen a real treat. The train station is a five minute walk across the green and brought me straight into the city centre in 15/20 minutes. If you’re thinking of booking this place do as you won’t be disappointed!”

“The pictures were exactly what we experienced. First time using VRBO. Farm property was amazing and the attention to detail provided by the care takers was "spot on". From welcoming basket with fresh bread, jams, coffee and tea to providing amenities similar to being at home. Will be back in the future.”

“Mark the property manager was an absolute delight. He would help us with any questions we had. We checked in late to our house and he left his number for us to contact him. He even brought croissants and coffee to us the next morning. The only downside is that it is far away from stores and town. We had to taxi into Swords to catch a train or bus.”

“Excellent place, modern and comfortable. Host Eoghan was very responsive and accommodating. Only problem is VRBO showed this unit located right in the village when it was in the countryside. You must have a car for this place and we did not. Eoghan went out of his way to be helpful. The Avoca centre was within walking distance.”
