"I had to sleep in the middle of the bed as the mattress needs to be flipped. Worn-out from to many bodies sleeping on the two sides, also I could smell the pillows. Linens were fresh but bed and pillows were as old as the hotel. I would stay there again."

Still smiling over the notebook for vehicle info— a paper chart by room number would make your life easier. The reading light was a nice touch, although we had to google a photo to find out what it was! Staff was delightfully friendly. Loved the envelope provided for a gratuity. Great idea. We’ll come again"

"Spent a night in Prescott to attend an event on Sunday. Everything was perfect with the exception of some lead foot’s above us for awhile but that’s to be expected in any hotel. Would stay there again."
