I thought this was odd, as I had just provided her with information on my vehicle. There was also another guest waiting for a pass. I then asked who would be giving me the parking pass, and she pointed to a sales representative who was mid-presentation trying to sell a timeshare to yet another guest, and said the sales rep would be providing it.
