"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle that never came to share ride side of pickup but never received reimbursement. Desk clerk gave email to contact for a cash refund reimbursement but never responded to email and wasn’t seen again since check in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The main reason I booked was specifically for the free airport shuttle and this was the first problem encountered from the hotel. Was highly disappointed from first impression but everything else turned out fine. "

"We were going to only stay here for 1 night, because we flew in after midnight and we couldn’t get into our hotel for our cheer event until 10 am. This property looks nothing like how it’s advertised on the internet. We checked in and checked out with on an hour. I had to find a different hotel. The room was not clean stains on the pillows, bedding, the curtains had stains on them, the air conditioning and heating looked dirty with mold and ceiling had patched work from water damage. Outside of the property was fenced in it looks like an old vacant gas station that has been sitting there for 20 years. I paid $219. I did get my money back after talking with management at the hotel and Expedia the next day. This place is very run down."

"Pool looked okay. The rooms were poorly cleaned. Lamp shades were majorly crooked. Single seat in the living room had stains+++ on it. Was afraid to sit in it. Worried about what the stains were!! Large one foot dark stain on the rug in main living room. Blood vs other?? Very out dated and dark. Other patrons were not of the normal standard of living. Did not feel save in room as the patio door did not lock. Lady assistant manager offered a full refund as we were not comfortable nor felt safe. We took 10 min to figure out what we should do and find another hotel ASAP. Then took another 15 min to find the lady assistant manager to get the refund. We were denied the full refund from male manager stating we spent 30 minutes in the room and therefore they will charge one night accommodation. "

"The airport shuttle was easy and hotel was conveniently located. Nothing fancy but very clean, which was unexpected. Would definitely stay there again for the convenience."

"Yes there were tons of stores to shop and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the walk to the theater. Wifi was working excellent and the entire environment was clean safe"
