「Cabin was clean and well cute, the hot tub was amazing, the kitchen was small but has everything you need including spices/oil (my boyfriend was able to cook shrimp scampi easily) and host was very communicative. The only downside I can think of was the furniture in the living room only comfortably seats 2, as the couch is parallel to the TV. Great space though!」

「Not only did the owner no provide a working phone number for issues, it took over a day to get a hold of her and that was only after I called and stayed on hold for over an hour with VRBO. The grill was filthy and had all the information wiped off so couldnt use it. NO HOT WATER FOR 1.5 DAYS. When we were FINALLY able to get a hold of her, she sends a handyman out that takes another 2 hours to get there and another 2-3 hours to fix the issue. The whole house smelled like musty poo. 「Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need. Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! They are worth it, in every way. Never seen the city like this as an out of towner. The whole experience was amazing fun. Especially for NYC. 「The tent was lovely and as expected. The property was not well managed. Continental breakfast was a bagel in a box and the bar and restaurant were closed to guests due to outside events. This would be fine if you weren’t on an island with very little other option! It was strange that they couldn’t save atleast a little space for their paying guests for a drink, dinner or breakfast or atleast notify us in advance so we could have brought our own food.」

「There was absolutely no food and no planning. The complimentary breakfast was bread and fruit and was completely gone at 8:02am also dinner had a wonderful menu but they were “out of” everything on the menu basically. We finally ordered a salad and chicken with two drinks a piece it took 3 hrs to be served and the bill was 487」
