「・経営者側の理由で、ホテルを無断で変えられた。 ・しかも、ホテルを勝手に変えたことすら伝えず、単に利用確認という形で連絡がきた。 ・ホテルの住所が違っていることに、私が気づかずに行っていたらどうなってたのか ・やむを得ず、新たに指定された宿（民宿、アパート）に行くと、なんと、その部屋には既に入居者あり。 ・経営者に連絡して、１時間以上路上で待たされて、やっと担当者が到着。新しいアパートに案内された。」

「Absolutely recommend this place, my only concern was the remote for the TV was broken for our entire stay. We complained, the batteries got changed, but still did not work. Asked to change the remote, but nothing was done. Everything else was excellent」

「We had a great stay at Battery House, the location is perfect. We were in the penthouse room, the view was even better then in the pictures, but there is no shade do we could only enjoy it in the late afternoon. The location is quiet and well maintained. They offer a complimentary bar which amused me, they had gin and whisky, but minimal mixers. However it was a nice touch and included an ice machine which was a God send in Valetta in August! Book Battery House you will have s great time!」
