I have booked the junior suite, which was doubled the price of standard rooms that I had also booked for rest of my family members. The junior suite was very small and did not worth the price in comparison to the standard room. Once the sofa coverted into abother bed the room was very cramped. The balcony was not facing the sea but the back of other buildings has no nice views. The breakfast buffet was small. The hotel was new and clean. The swimming pool floor was slippery, the tiles was not anti slipping materials. During our stay there was building works right next the hotel which was very very noise. The work was starting from 6am in the morning. The staff were friendly. Overall, with the price that I have paid I could have much better options.

Das Zimmer ist ausgezeichnet. die Klimaanlage funktioniert leider nicht einwandfrei. Die gegenüberliegende Baustelle beginnt täglich um ca. 7:30 Uhr mit dem Abriss eines Gebäudes, wodurch die Geräusche des Abbruchhammers trotz der Lage des Zimmers zum Innenhof nicht wesentlich gemindert werden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit zahlreicher Geschäfte und der Fähre nach Valletta. Der Service ist nicht immer zufriedenstellend. Es kommt zu längeren Wartezeiten beim Frühstück. In der Lobby ist ein für meinen Geschmack unangenehmer Geruch (verursacht durch Lufterfrischer) wahrnehmbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unter diesen Umständen nicht gerechtfertigt.

The whole experience was incredible. Every team in the hotel had such an eye for detail and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. There were always smiles and a welcome with every team member we encountered. Having mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary treat to add to our celebration. Thank you to all the team for making our first trip to Malta so memorable.o

Bei der Ankunft und während unseres Aufenthalts waren alle Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Frühstücksbüffet war schön angerichtet, auf Nachfrage konnte Cappuccino mit Hafermilch bestellt werden. Die Speisen waren frisch, die Auswahl war gut. Es gab auch vegetarische sowie vegane Optionen, die Müsli-Optionen waren super. Der Fitness-Bereich sowie Sauna und Dampfbad sind klein und modern und erfüllen ihren Zweck, den Pool-Bereich sowohl indoor als auch outdoor haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Lage ist super, allerdings wird neben dem Hotel derzeit gebaut. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte dies beachten, uns hat es weniger gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Mit dem Uber sowie dem öffentlichen Bus kommt man gut zu weiteren Zielen auf der Insel. Restaurants sowie ein Supermarkt sind fussläufig, ebenfalls Geschäfte und Cafés. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel empfehlen, da sowohl die Freundlichkeit des Personals als auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als stimmten.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, sehr modern, sehr zentral gelegen. Busse und Fähre sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, alle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Besonders hervorheben muss man die große Kinderfreundlichkeit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Essen im Restaurant oben ist empfehlenswert und das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The staff were amazing and sooo accommodating!! It felt like they could read our minds. We would discuss something and suddenly it would appear or be addressed like magic. An example, at our first breakfast we said to each other “ wouldn’t it be great if we could have omelettes”. Honestly!! A minute later our waitress said “We also offer omelettes” We were mind blown. The room was lovely, so spacious and super quiet! The sound proofing was amazing. The gym had quality equipment! The indoor pool and sauna were a lovely touch to the hotel. The spa treatments a definite treat! The restaurant was a lovely space. It was my fiancé’s birthday and the staff were amazing!! A special thank you to Manon and Amelea. We cannot wait to return in the summer!

La chambre, la situation et le personnel très bien. Le seul point noir est le chantier au pied de l'hôtel qui débute à 7h00 du matin, très bruyant avec une grue qui gâche la petite vue mer.

On arrival we were warmly greeted by Helen at reception and she immediately set the right tone for the rest of our stay. We got a room upgrade and our room was spotless and comfortable and well stocked with tea, coffee etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Malta.

Frühstück war sehr gut, Auswahl / Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand alles neuwertig Bademantel , Föhn, Kühlschrank, Safe alles vorhanden. Sogar Bodenbeleuchtung schaltet sich bei Nacht ein falls man mal raus müsste. Eis / Wasser steht im Gang zur Verfügung, waren sehr zufrieden.....

Everything about this hotel is excellent… the room was lovely and the housekeeping staff showed great attention to detail. Both the rooftop and spa pool areas were well-kept and restful, and the bar/restaurant staff professional and friendly at all times. The location is really convenient for buses, Bolt pick-ups and walks into Sliema to catch the ferry to Valletta. We have stayed in a number of high-quality hotels in Malta and were very impressed by this one… we hope to return soon!
