「There was ongoing work around the rooftop pool area with scaffolding which was noisy during our stay. We found it difficult to relax when trying to sunbathe on the cabanas due a man shouting to his work colleague. We could hear banging whilst in our room which made it difficult to relax in our room. The pool area had green sludge marks around the inside perimeter of the pool. I was extremely disappointed that you had to reserve sun beds with limited slots available over the 3 designated bookable...

「Rooms were incredibly clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfy. All utensils and kitchen appliances readily available. Rooftop was quiet and peaceful away from the sounds of road and building works. Communication with staff is very easy and they're incredibly helpful. Excellent accomodation overall. 「Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property. Expedia will keep getting my business because...
