Amazing hotel.

Amazing hotel with amazing workers. Near to everything & the buss stop was right in front of hotel ❤️ By the way they have amazing rooftop with spectacular sunset. 100/10.

The hotel was conveniently located with nearby restaurants and the bus stop right outside. It was a 20 minute walk to the Valletta ferry or you could take the bus. The bus is €2 regardless of how far you go! The hotel staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean and the rooftop pool had plenty of loungers. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. Plenty of choice and always topped up during service. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back!

Fourth visit

We have stayed in the hotel 4 times now as we have family living close by. The welcome is always good and the hotel has never disappointed. There are great restaurants opposite and a friendly local pub.

Met our expectations. The only thing we were not happy about was that housekeeping did not empty all the garbage bins every day, and forget to fill up with toilet paper.

great place to stay in Malta. I have stayed there twice. it is convenient to get to thing. Parking you need to drive around with in a couple of blocks. handy to catch a bus into Veletta or the ferry's. great restaurants and supermarket close, Good buffet breakfast and swimming pool , bar on the roof

Awesome location, beachfront with plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious and tidy. Added breakfast was a plus, there was a good range of options to choose from. Plus the staff was amazing!!! Shout out to the main concierge during our stay, Ms. Mercy. She was very hospitable and knowledgeable. She provided amazing recommendations from places to eat, what to see and do around Malta and how to access places with local transportation. Overall amazing stay!

Myself and hubby checked in Friday for 1 night However their terms are check in 2pm and check out 11am Was soo appalled to get a phonecall at exactly 10.30 to ask us about checking out Utterly disturbing, Like whoooo does that , call guests 30mins before time to kick them out , As if that wasn’t enough , a knock on the door at 10.50 Disappointed

Almost very nice

The room we got when we arrived should have sea-view but the view was blocked with trees. It took some trouble to change the room. Lot of noise from the street, not enjoyable to sit on balcony.

Aggressive manager

We liked our room and the location. Both pools were beautiful. Unfortunately, we had to carry our pram up 2 lots of stairs each time to get to reception. Furthermore, on the second night someone on our floor (of only 4 rooms) was suuuuuuper loud until midnight, keeping our one year old awake. At the time, the staff member was great and came to speak with them multiple times. The next day I asked the manager what was happening and if they had checked out. He said no and that they'd "speak to them" but people were allowed to be noisy until 11pm. I said we couldn't risk our one year old being kept up so late again and asked if we could move. He then became aggressive and confrontational, pretending to check the rooms for less than 10 seconds and saying none were available. Then he started shrugging his shoulders at us. Terrible non-existent customer service. We moved to the Carlton Hotel after this, which way much better!

although my stay there was pleasant enough. The hotel room did not feel clean. The toilet had a crack in it and smelled of urine each time I flushed. The tub had a stain in it and the floors felt sticky. I just don’t feel that the maids did a good job cleaning the room. The staff there is very kind and accommodating so no complaints there. The location is excellent for walking to and from popular spots. Overall, if ever back in Malta I would give it another try and hopefully the rooms are cleaned properly.

Lovely short stay in this well located hotel. Our room looked newly refurbished with a kitchen area and balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. The only thing missing was a towel rail in the bathroom and a shelf to sit your toothbrush etc. On arrival you are faced with quite a number of steps which were not welcome with a heavy suitcase, however I am sure if we had gone inside and asked for help it would have been given as all staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly be happy to return to this hotel.

Great stay in Malta

Overall very good! A really pleasant stay here. The only downside was not having a ramp for the suitcases- the steps were quite hard to use with them. But otherwise the rooms were spacious, and comfortable. Good value for money. I would recommend 😊
